Motor vehicle seats are known, in which an adjustment or fine-tuning is carried out by means of hollow bodies, which can be filled with fluid. These cushions support each other and fill the space directly in front of the seat, whereby the padding is lifted. Motor vehicle seats so equipped, are increasingly appreciated. It is known to produce this type of cell which can be filled with fluid in suitable recesses made in the seat upholstery, as it is revealed, for example, in DE 10 2012 024 854 Al, EP 1 904 338 B1 or US 6 916 300 B2. Suitably, the cells are tucked into the seat upholstery, under the upholstery of the padding. By filling / exhausting air and periodically repeating these operations, it is possible to perform a massage function. Usually, it is possible to install different massage programs, which programs can be selected by Γ user. Depending on the massage program chosen, a defined stimulation of individual cells or a plurality of cells takes place. In order for proper pressure to be printed on the back of the vehicle occupant, these cells must press from the back. Usually, this is done by means of an integrated support plate, which, placed either in the padding or behind it, can receive the forces.
In general, such support plates are relatively rigid parts, because they must precisely ensure that the massage force in the cell is transferred to the person to be massaged. When the massage function is disconnected, the support plate remains still present so that the motor vehicle seat remains generally relatively rigid. In addition, preferences for massage pressure on the body differ among people.
The object of the present invention is therefore to provide a motor vehicle seat having a high level of seating comfort, on the one hand, and allowing individual adaptations when putting massage on, on the other hand.
As regards the subject of the invention, it is a motor vehicle seat with a seat part, in particular a backrest or a seat, in which at least one hollow body is arranged in the seat part and connected to a first fluid supply and evacuation pipe.
According to the invention at least one hollow body is part of a seat adjustment device and / or a massage device. Thus, the occupant of the vehicle seat has the additional possibility of adjusting the firmness of the seat and / or the force of application of the massage by the differences in filling of the support hollow body and thereby improving the comfort of the seat. Preferably the seat portion includes padding and a seat covering. The hollow body is supported, on its side opposite to an occupant seated in the vehicle seat, on a support device which is also arranged in the seat part. For its part, the support device comprises at least one hollow support body, which, arranged in the seat part, can be filled with fluid and is spatially separated from the at least one hollow body. Within the meaning of the present invention, spatially separated means that the hollow support body and the at least one hollow body are not at least indirectly connected together in a common wall via an opening. However, according to a particular embodiment, it is conceivable that both the hollow support body and the at least one other hollow body are supplied via a common pipe and / or a source of fluid common.
Preferably the hollow support body has no fluid connection to the at least one hollow body. According to another preferred embodiment, the hollow support body can be connected to a second fluid supply and evacuation pipe different from the first fluid supply and evacuation pipe. As the fluid, liquids or gases can be used. Preferably air is taken into consideration here.
By replacing the rigid support plate of the state of the art with a hollow body that can be filled with fluid, it is possible to regulate the firmness of the support body. In this way, it is possible to adjust the filling effect of the hollow body according to the needs of the occupant.
According to a particularly preferred embodiment, the at least one hollow body inflatable with fluid is arranged in a recess made in the padding. In this way, when the hollow body which can be filled with fluid is not used (for example when the massage function is disconnected), the "normal" support function of the seat part is assumed mainly by the padding.
In another preferred embodiment, the motor vehicle seat has a plurality of hollow bodies, which are connected together, without conduction of fluid, by connecting means. When several hollow bodies are used, these should be arranged in fixed positions under the seat part and in relation to each other. Precisely during mounting of the seat part, in which first the hollow support body and the hollow bodies are mounted before the padding is put in place, it is advantageous to obtain an exact positioning of the hollow bodies on the structure for supporting the seat part. In doing so, it has proved particularly advantageous for the plurality of hollow bodies to be connected in the form of a sheet by means of the connecting means. In this way, when using the massage device, there is no lateral shift of the hollow bodies relative to each other, which would be disadvantageous for the massage effect.
According to another preferred embodiment having more than one hollow body, these can be filled separately by means of the first fluid supply and evacuation pipe. In this way it is possible to order different areas of the seat part separately. Certain areas of the seat section can be adapted to the occupant. Depending on the adjustment accuracy, it is even possible to take into account the size of the occupant. During a massage function, it is possible to massage certain parts of the body.
It has proven to be advantageous to group several hollow bodies together and to fill them together. It is thus possible to adjust joint lordoses or supports in the area of the lower legs or to massage larger parts of the back.
In a particularly preferred embodiment, the hollow support body is designed so that it can support all the hollow bodies of the seat part. In this embodiment, the firmness of the seat part or the massage force is adjusted uniformly.
Alternatively to this, the object according to the invention is produced so that at least two hollow bodies are arranged in a seat part, knowing that they can, independently of one another, support at least one corresponding hollow body in partial areas of the seat part. Such an arrangement makes it possible to adjust the seat part individually and thus to adjust special zones and to give them different firmnesses of support.
With regard to the figures, the invention is described below by way of example of a few executions.

This hollow body 20 is supplied with fluid by means of a fluid supply and discharge pipe 21, that is to say that the hollow body 20 is filled or emptied, which has the effect that , during filling, it presses, through the seat covering 12, against the part of the occupant's body present at this location. In doing so, the hollow body 20 can be part of an adjustment installation, such as a lordosis or a massage installation. In such an installation, the firm support device 30 can have the effect of disturbing the mobility of the padding 11 and thus adversely affect the initial comfort of the seat.
2 shows a partial section similar to that of Figure 1, but of a motor vehicle seat according to the invention. The seat part 1 essentially differs from the prior art in that the support device 30 is not a rigid component, but a hollow support body 32 also inflatable. In the example shown, this hollow support body 32 is preferably served by means of a separate fluid supply and discharge pipe 31. The hollow support body 32 and the at least one hollow body 20 can however also be served by a common fluid source, respectively by a common pipe, which, in practice, has ramifications for the hollow body 20, on the one hand, and the hollow support body 32 , on the other hand. When the hollow body 20 is not used, the latter being largely emptied, the hollow support body 32 is also emptied. Because the hollow support body 32 is flexible, it does not affect the mobility of the padding 11 and does not negatively affect the comfort of the seat. When the hollow body 20 is put into service, the hollow support body 32 is also filled with fluid. In this way it forms a counter-support, due to which, during filling, the hollow body 20 expands upwards towards the seat covering and exerts pressure against a part of the occupant's body. . This pressure can be permanent, for example when the hollow body 20 represents an adjustment function of the seat part 1 or can be carried out periodically when the hollow body 20 exerts for example a massage function. To do this, the hollow support body 32 is more or less filled with fluid, which makes it possible to influence the support force of the hollow body 20.
When it is heavily filled, the hollow support body 32 is relatively hard, which gives the seat an impression of hardness for the occupant. When the hollow support body 32 is less filled, it seems to the occupant relatively softer because part of the force that the hollow body 20 exerts on the surrounding when it is filled with fluid, in particular air is used for forming the hollow support body 32.
Compared to the prior art, the motor vehicle seat according to the invention offers the possibility of carrying out more adjustment functions and / or massage functions which can be adjusted more individually and thus increase comfort of a motor vehicle seat.
Figure 3 shows an exemplary embodiment of the support device 30 according to the invention for a seat part 1, in particular for a backrest. The support device 30 comprises a hollow support body 32, which is formed as prescribed. To the hollow support body 32 according to FIG. 3 are connected holding devices 33, at the top and at the bottom, preferably one at the top, two at the bottom, to which, for example, hollow bodies 20 or connecting means 22 can be associated (shown in fig. 4). There, the holding devices 33 are made as slots, other holding devices 33, such as snaps, plug-in tabs, hooks and the like are however also conceivable. Without this embodiment, there are arranged in the central vertical line of the drawing two fixing openings 34 with which the support device 30 and hollow body 20 assembly can be arranged on the seat frame.
Fig 4 shows the combination of support device 30 and hollow body 20. The individual hollow bodies 20 are connected together in the form of a sheet by the connecting means 22, which are not conductive of liquid. This "sheet" 20, 22 is provided, at the top and bottom, with holding elements 23 in the form of tourniquets or the like. The holding elements 23 engage in the holding devices 33 of the support device 30. The combination of the components 20, 22, 23, 30 is arranged, for example, on the support structure of the seat part 1, that the connecting means 22, which pass through the central fixing openings 34, are arranged on the support structure. Other and / or different fixing points are imaginable. In addition to this, the padding 10, 11 can be provided with possible recesses 13.
Figure 5 shows a support device 30 with a hollow support body 32, which is served by means of a fluid supply and discharge pipe 31. When the seat part 1 is a backrest, the support device and therefore the support effect of the support device is adjusted uniformly for the entire back. When the seat part 1 is a seat portion, the support device 30 acts uniformly on the two thighs.
The embodiment of the support device 30 shown in Figure 6 has two hollow support bodies 32.1, 32.2. The two hollow support bodies 32.1, 32.2 can be filled and / or emptied separately by means of their own fluid intake and discharge pipes 31.1, 31.2. Taking, for example, as a seat part 1, a backrest, a hollow support body 32.1 supports the part of the spine, while the other hollow support body 32.2 supports the spine on both sides . Here, the spine can be supported, for example, because the filling of the hollow support body 32.1 is particularly strong, while that of the hollow support body 32.2 is weaker. Figure 7 shows an exemplary embodiment of a support device with three hollow support bodies 32.1, 32.2, 32.3.
